….Development of a new brand image for UDON Asian Food , a restaurant chain with more than 60 franchises across Spain and Portugal.

The rebranding included a global redesign of spaces, decoration and lighting elements, graphic applications and materials, to communicae a simple, contemporary and artisan aesthetic.

My role in the project has had a special focus on the selection of new materials with criterias of sustainability, health and economy, as well as the redesign of construction details to favor the flexibility, reuse and maintenance of finishes and furniture elements, reducing costs and the environmental impact of the construction works.

Desarrollo de nueva imagen de marca de la cadena de restauración UDON Asian Food, que cuenta con más de 60 locales alrededor de España y Portugal.

El cambio de imagen contempló un rediseño global de espacios, elementos de decoración e iluminación, aplicaciones gráficas y materiales, para reflejar una estética más simple, contemporánea y artesanal.

Mi rol en el proyecto ha tenido especial enfoque en la selección de nuevos materiales con criterios de sostenibilidad, salud y economía, al igual que el rediseño de detalles constructivos para favorecer la flexibilidad, la reutilización y el mantenimiento de revestimientos y mobiliario, reduciendo costes y disminuyendo el impacto ambiental de las obras.

….In addition to the conceptual and technical development of projects, I have been in charge, together with my team, of coordinating the application of the new UDON image, designing and supervising the construction of pilot projects in different cities of Spain.

Además del desarrollo conceptual y técnico, me he encargado junto a mi equipo de coordinar la aplicación de la nueva imagen UDON, diseñando y supervisando la construcción de proyectos piloto en diferentes ciudades de España.
